I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of residential real estate experience. My real estate career began in 2001 in Los Angeles, CA where I had the privilege of working with both buyers and sellers in the ever-fluctuating housing market. I have extensive experience with listing and selling single family homes, guiding first time home buyers as well seasoned buyers, investment properties, 1031 exchanges, bank-owned properties, and concurrent escrow closings on both sales and purchases for individual clients. 

I have extensive experience in communicating with escrow and title officers, lenders, appraisers, agents, contractors, inspectors, and various city entities. My level of experience is invaluable in creating smooth transactions, and for solving problems expediently when they arise.
